Our services

Gleamigo provides residential and commercial cleaning services in South Florida, including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, recurring cleaning, condo and apartment cleaning, vacation rental turnovers, and office cleaning. Service availability is confirmed by ZIP code at quote time.

Quote requests are not bookings

Submitting the quote form sends a request. A preferred date in your request is a preference only — it is not a confirmed booking. Your cleaning is booked only when we contact you, confirm the details (scope, date, and time), and you approve your quote.

Quotes and pricing

Every quote is based on the information you provide: the size and condition of your space, the type of cleaning, the frequency you choose, and any extras you add. If the actual condition or scope differs materially from what was described, we will discuss any adjustment with you before proceeding.

Scheduling and changes

Need to reschedule or adjust a visit? Contact us as early as you can and we’ll work with you to find a new time. Rescheduling and cancellation details are confirmed with your quote.

Access and preparation

You’re responsible for providing safe access to the areas to be cleaned at the agreed time, and for securing pets and valuables. Light preparation — such as clearing personal items from surfaces you’d like cleaned — helps us do our best work.

Supplies and products

Whether supplies are included, and any specific product requests, are confirmed with your quote. Tell us about allergies, sensitivities, and surfaces that need special care in your request so we can plan accordingly.
